The Pretty Green Black Friday campaign was developed to pay homage the brand’s love for the history rock and role.
Starting out with inspiration in psychedelic rock posters of the 70s, Kieran’s design process dug further, with the discovery of 1920’s Japanese radical art magazine ‘Mavo’, and the publication’s logo in particular.
The Black Friday graphic features completely custom typography, inspired by that of Mavo’s logo, coupled with the Pretty Green font. This design was then rolled out across print, digital, animated and in-store formats.
