Hepple & White

Property Development Marketing Materials

Whilst working at One Big Company, Kieran was given the opportunity to work with Acorn Properties to create the marketing materials for two Georgian Townhouse redevelopments in Bermondsey, London.

Two initial routes were explored, the first of which was inspired by Bermondsey’s leather trade that took place in in the 18th Century.

The second style took inspiration from Georgian style and colours, being named Hepple and White, after 18th Century furniture design pioneer George Hepplewhite. This design style suited the development and was selected as the chosen route.

A ‘Z-fold’ was chosen as a way of tying together both sides of the development, ‘Hepple’ and ‘White’.
